What is your return policy?

We enjoy what we do and we want you to enjoy your new piece(s)! Brand new unused items with no visible wear, dirt, or damage may be returned within 30 days after arrival for store credit ONLY, there are no refunds.                     All sales, including clearance are FINAL, NO REFUNDS. We accept returns for EXCHANGE ONLY, for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for an exchange, we require you to first obtain an authorization from us. Within 7 days of receiving your damaged item, message us at Support@Northwulf.com to notify us, then, upon approval, you may return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available.
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit. Your store credit will be valid for up to 45 days, after that, it will EXPIRE.
Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping charges for ANY returned products.
