What happens if I never received my order?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate and to file claims if need be.
Shipping and billing addresses are separate, so upon exiting your shopping cart, make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate (PO Box delivery addresses are not preferred). As a measure to prevent fraud, we will be unable to amend the delivery address once it has been submitted and verified.
Packages that are refused by the recipient or are undeliverable due to failure to receive on the recipient’s part or incorrectly entered address information will be treated as a return in the form of an STORE CREDIT when received by Northwulf.com, and the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping fees. Your store credit will be valid for up to 45 days, after that, it will EXPIRE.
If your package is returned to Northwulf.com due to a failure to receive and you want it re-delivered, contact Northwulf.com customer support at Support@Northwulf.com. You will be responsible for all associated shipping fees, including outbound shipping for the second attempt.
